I started my weight loss journey with Dietofy team - Kanika, Astha and Ankita in mid-August. I have a goal to lose ~20% of my body weight and have set a goal to do so in about an year. To my surprise and may be (or may be not) to Dietofy team as well, I lost 8lbs(almost 4 kgs) in first 2 days. The detoxify process kicked in very quickly and in past 8 weeks I have lost ~25lbs (11kgs). I think I am on track to reach my goal my goal in 6 months if I keep up with the diet. So good things with Dietofy is that team will work with me diligently to reach my goal by accommodating my dietary needs (I am pescatarian). Even when I travel - the diet is customized for my travel needs. My diet plan focuses on portion control, complex carbs and evening protein heavy diet. Morning detox process with fenugreek(methi) seeds and parfait (yoghurt based breakfast) helps in keeping the hunger urges down. I will keep posting my updates in the review here periodically. Very happy with Dietofy team in keeping me on-track.

2. Watermelon, Mint, Ginger, and Lemon Detox Water Recipe
Ingredients :
Few slices of water melon
½ cucumber
1 small piece of ginger
10-12 mint leaves

Procedure:
Fill a jug with water.
Slice these freshwatermelon, ½ cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 small piece of ginger, a few mint leaves. Add the ingredients to the water and leave it 2-4 hours.
Drink a glass of this detox water every morning and throughout the day.

3. Strawberry Detox Water Recipe
Ingredients :
5-6 Strawberries
1 lemon
½ cucumber
10-12 mint leaves

Procedure
Cut these fresh: 5 strawberries, 1 lemon, ½ cucumber, and a few mint leaves.
Take a jug and fill it with water.
Add them to the water and leave it for 2-4 hours. Drink fresh.

4. Chia &orange Detox Water Recipe
Ingredients :
4 table spoon soaked chia seeds
1 lemon juice
4-5 thin slices of orange with peel

Procedure:
Take a jug, fill with water.
Add 4 tablespoon of soaked chia seeds, 2 tspn lemon juice ,&4-5 thin slices of orange
Leave it for 3 hours and drink throughout the day.

5. Apple cinnamon detox water
Ingredients :
1 cinnamon stick
1 thin sliced apple

Procedure:
Take a jar and fill it with water.
Slice a small apple and add to the water along with 1 small cinnamon stick
Leave it for a few hours and drink.

6. Chamomile tea detox water
Ingredients :
10-12 mint leaves
2 lemon

Procedure
Fill a big jar or jug with water
Chop some mint leaves and slice 2 lemons
Add these ingredients into the water along with 2 cup of cold chamomile tea. (Prepare chamomile tea and allow it to cool). Drink 4 times a day to shed your weight faster.

Fill 6 to 8 cups of water in a glass jar.
Slice 2 fresh limes and 2 fresh lemons.
Add them to water and leave it overnight.

18. Mango, Lemon, Mint, Raspberries, & Blueberries Detox Water
detox-1 Procedure:
Take 5 to 6 cups of water.
Add ½ cup of mango, 5 raspberries, 5 blueberries, and 1 sliced lemon.
Let the fresh fruits infuse in water overnight.
Drink three times in a day to flush the fat out.

19. Basil & Lemon Detox Water Recipe

Slice 4 fresh lemons
