Hi to the DIETOFY team.. I Am very thankful to Dt. Kanika & Dt. Aditee for changing me completely (physically n mentally both). It was my 2nd delivery I gained lot of weight due to which i got emotionally weak. Lost my self esteem to the extent that i stopped getting out wid my friends, doesn't feel like talking to anybody.. Most of the times get irritated n frustrated 😤 that made me shout on my kids a lot... Use to yell at my husband too. Had a very hard time. One of my cousin's gave me Dt. kanika's reference den still it was very tough for me to convince my husband to consult a dietitian. I then somehow managed n grab the opportunity n met kanika n her team. I am Nandini Ahire from Nasik, Maharashtra. I am 55 years old and suffering from rhumatoid arthritis since last 12 years. I had pain all over my body in all joints and especially my knees.
