HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. CHOSE GOOD DIETOFY OVER MEDICINE. It has been an extremely satisfying journey for me in transforming myself from a fat tummy with colourful blood test report to fitting in perfectly into my 6 years old suit in just 3 months. I am glad I did not fall for heavy medicines to get control of various fluctuating parameters and rather followed the best advice given to me by Dietofy. I was actually worried for my health when Dt. Kanika asked me to trust her and her team for just 1 month to begin with a diet plan and assured me of good results. All I was to do was follow the basic and practically possible to follow diet chart prepared by Team Dietofy and there I was weighing 3 kg lighter and feeling slightly better within a month. Looking at the promising results I decided to continue with the plan for another month and that's where the magic actually happened when I started feeling my younger self coming back with energy, no tiredness, fitter and lighter. Not only this, my blood test report also changed from being colourful to almost black and white with hardly any concern left. I was able to get rid of serious issues like thyroid, cholesterol, sugar, and BP by the end of two months. In three months, I not only lost about 8 kgs but also lost on a lot of potential life threatening diseases all with diet and no medicines. I was very fretful when it came to loose weight ,starving/ dieting etc etc.post pregnancy. But a big THANKS to Dr kanika Khanna & Dr Ankita who helped me overcome this fear, motivated me alot and changed my lifestyle completing by incorporating healthy dietary habits, schedule for eating n water intake. Staying abroad has made it bit difficult to get food stuff like India but with their strong determination n wide obtions we could manage to complete the target. I needed a Dietician for my grandmother (age 66) as her weight was increasing but she used to have a very small amount of food. Her sugars were going beyond control even after taking medicine and her thyroid level wasnt in control either. She also had sleeping disorder along with arthritis because of which she couldnt even walk to reduce her weight. She used to get tired very often. So we connected with Dietofy. Aditee ma'am and Kanika ma'am very patiently listened to all the problems my grandmother had, they made a special diet chart for her including my grandmother's favourite food in it!! There are several different types of thyroid disease, including hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroiditis Hashimoto's thyroiditis and thyroid cancer. When your thyroid doesn't work properly, it can impact your entire body.

• eat some beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other protein
• choose unsaturated oils and spreads, and eat them in small amounts
• drink plenty of fluids (at least 12 to 14 glasses a day)

Soy products ( eg, tofu, soy milk and soy protein, tempeh, edamame, miso) contains isoflavones, can inhibit thyroid peroxidase (TPO), involved in the production of thyroid hormones. Eating too much of soy products may deplete thyroid level.
